Barbara was a fantastic, beautiful, talented and patient! woman who re-identified herself in a myriad of extraordinary ways, facing every adversity life threw at her with bravery, humour and selflessness. She was a wonderful friend, mother and grandmother and much loved by everyone who knew her. Like so many older women her condition was not identified until too late.
